Stefanie Sacks, MS, CNS, is a Culinary Nutritionist who works with individuals and groups in transition to a healthier way of eating. She has her Masters in nutrition from Columbia University and is a graduate of The Natural Gourmet Institute. Stefanie produces and hosts a public access show, Chew on This.
