Janna Delgado a certified professional-level Kripalu Yoga teacher and personal trainer, teaches health and wellness courses for Kripalu’s Retreat and Renewal and Healthy Living programs. Janna also offers consultations in the Healing Arts Department and serves on the faculty of the Institute for Extraordinary Living.

Michelle Dalbec E-RYT 500, a professional-level Kripalu Yoga teacher and Life Coach, teaches yoga and workshops for Kripalu R&R retreats and Healthy Living programs. She is also on the faculty of the Kripalu School of Yoga where she mentors teachers in trainings and is a junior director for the Kripalu Yoga Off-Site Teacher Trainings. Michelle took her first yoga class 15 years ago and has been teaching for 10 years. She believes that yoga is for everyone and that yoga is a lifelong journey of self discovery and learning to live a wholehearted life both on and off the mat.


Healthy Living Faculty Each of Kripalu’s Healthy Living Programs is taught by an outstanding team of skilled health and wellness professionals who draw on many years of experience working with people to turn their health around through integrated approaches to healthy living.
