Here is the wake-up call your body needs! It’s time to shed winter lethargy and join nutritionist, food expert, and popular Kripalu presenter John Bagnulo for a cleanse to help you lose the metabolic clutter that’s sapping your energy this season.
Each day of this retreat will include a hike, hot yoga or vigorous yoga dance, lectures on the best foods to assist with detoxification and provide greater energy, and shared meals centered around Paleolithic foods (find out what that means and why it’s helpful when you get here). You also have ample time for yoga and saunas outside of the workshop.
This program leaves you with a better understanding of what foods truly nourish your body and what foods deplete it. Return home with a renewed appreciation for the benefits of significant physical exercise, including better sleep, increased cardiovascular fitness, weight loss, and improved mental clarity. Your body will thank you!
Note Participants should be able and willing to eat a diet of mostly fruits and vegetables and be capable of hiking on moderately sloped hills.
